We are Sander and Lieke, and together with our three daughters, we moved to the sun-drenched Velez-Malaga, South Spain, in December 2023. Driven by our passion for beautiful homes in unique locations, we founded Halcones Rents. Our goal? To create happiness by providing unparalleled service to both holiday homeowners and vacationers.

Our venture was born out of an interest in short-term rental properties. We have experienced firsthand that facilitating short stays can make the difference between creating memorable moments of joy and causing frustration. At Halcones Rents, we prioritize personal contact with both homeowners and guests. We believe that offering a pleasant environment where people feel at home, along with available personal contact when needed, is the key to an ideal stay.
