Check In Instruction

We are excited to welcome you to our property on the beautiful coast of Andalusia! Below are the check-in instructions to ensure your arrival goes smoothly.
1. Check-in Process via the Check-in App
For your check-in, we use the Check-in App, which allows you to easily provide your details. Please have the following items ready:
- Your valid ID or passport: This is required for registration and verification.
- Your reservation number: This can be helpful to speed up the check-in process.
Our host will guide you through the entire process to ensure everything is correctly filled out. The procedure will be conducted in English, so no need to worry about the language.
2. What to Bring
- Valid ID or Passport: You will need this document to officially register your stay.
- Reservation Information: While our host already has your booking details, it’s useful to have your reservation confirmation handy.
3. Meeting with Our Host
Our friendly host will meet you at the property. Together, they will:
- Show you around the accommodation.
- Hand over the keys.
- Answer any questions you may have about your stay.
- Walk you through the Check-in App procedure.
4. Important Information
- Please note that the check-in time is at 5:00 PM.
- If you wish to check in at a different time, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Make sure to arrive on time for your scheduled check-in. If you experience any delays, contact us as soon as possible.

Check-Out Procedure.
We hope you’ve enjoyed your stay! To ensure a smooth check-out process, please follow these steps before leaving the property:
1. Towels and Linens
- Place all used towels in a pile in the bathrooms.
- Leave bed linens on the beds; our cleaning team will take care of them.
2. Trash and Recycling
- Empty all trash bins, and place recyclable items in the correct containers. Trash disposal points are nearby (details can be found in the house manual).
3. General Cleanliness
- While our cleaning service will handle the deep cleaning, please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition (e.g., no food left out, dishes washed, and personal items organized).
4. Keys and Pool Tags
- Leave the keys in mailbox 2233 outside by the main entrance of the apartment complex before you leave.
5. Windows and Doors
- Ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed and locked before departure.
6. Check for Personal Belongings
- Double-check every room for personal items (chargers, clothing, toiletries) to ensure nothing is left behind.
7. Lights, Appliances, and Air Conditioning
- Turn off all lights and unplug small appliances.
- Ensure the air conditioning or heating is turned off or set to a low setting to conserve energy.
8. Check-out Time
- Please ensure that you check out before 10:00 AM to allow our cleaning team to prepare the property for the next guests.
